My thoughts – Wonderful neighborhood. Very peaceful with spectacular sunsets and Blue Ridge Mountain views. Very few homes come on the market since there are so few in this neighborhood. I give Advance Mills Farm an 8 out of a 10. Why not a 10? There are no amenities and the Charlottesville Airport is nearby.
