Belmont Lofts – Charlottesville Luxury Condos
The 42 Belmont Lofts are located in the historic Belmont Charlottesville neighborhood. The architect’s goal was to evoke an old warehouse feeling and then add native trees to turn it into a zen-like setting.
$711,500 is the median price for all Belmont Lofts for sale.
Belmont Lofts Charlottesville was developed in 2004 and sits on 3 park-like acres.
BRW Architects was the designer and Martin Horn was the builder.
Note – Although named ‘lofts’, these are actually luxury condos. It just sounds hip…
Loft sizes – Lofts vary from studios with one full bath to luxurious two-story penthouses (3 beds/3.5 baths) with rooftop terraces.
Note – The rooftop terraces are 880 sq ft.

My thoughts – Belmont Lofts Charlottesville is what you are looking for if you want to live in Belmont and can afford a marvelous, safe condo. I give Belmont Lofts an 8 out of 10. Why not a 10? No amenities and very close to the C&O rail depot.
