My thoughts: If you want to live in the country and Ivy then you probably want a peaceful environment. I’m not so sure Blue Springs Farm offers this since I-64 is so close. And as trucks going both uphill and down will make a lot of noise. So do yourself a favor, and before a home in Blue Springs Farm to your list drive over at night and listen to what you may hear. It’s also sad that this neighborhood has been stuck with 3 homes that are worth $300k when all the others are $1m homes. I give Blue Springs Farm a 6 out of 10.
