Directions: From Charlottesville, take 250 West (Ivy Rd) towards Crozet. Exit right onto 240 West (Three Notched Rd). Turn left onto Park Ridge Dr. Turn left onto Eastern Ave.

My Thoughts: While I like Crozet for its spectacular Blue Ridge Mountain views, the noise of construction is loud and endless here. The fact that this is a large 3-phase development scares me. Phase 1 has yet to begin. And the lot sizes are miniscule. I give
the neighborhood of Glenbrook at Foothill Crossing for sale a 7 out of 10.
