McGuffey Hill – Charlottesville Downtown Condos
McGuffey Hill Charlottesville is comprised of 38 luxury condos tucked away on a dead-end street with beautiful landscaping, privacy, and 1 block from the Charlottesville Historic Downtown Mall. The condos offer a wonderful, inviting floor plan with an open kitchen, hardwood floors, a wall of built-in bookcases, loads of natural light, a floored attic for more storage, a great room, two private decks, and a shared patio. There is a wood-burning fireplace in each condo which adds additional heat and coziness during winter months.

My Thoughts – This is a great opportunity to own a convenient, spacious Charlottesville Downtown condo in a super neighborhood. The McGuffey Hill neighborhood is tight and everyone knows everyone. The HOA is well-managed and the property is always clean. If it’s all about being in the right location then this downtown Charlottesville condo is for you. I want one! I give McGuffey Hill a 9 out of 10. Why not a 10? There’s no amenities.
