Directions – I-64 West to Ivy Exit #114, Left on Dick Woods Road, 2.5 miles to left into Retriever Run.
My thoughts – Retriever Run is attractive however it is so close to the Ivy Material Utilization Center (I find myself often calling it the dump) that living around here would make me nervous about the water, air, and noise quality. There have been problems before with water leakage and fires.
When the development first began, it took years before buyers paid attention to this development. And rightly so, as the entrance is literally across the street from the Center.
I give Retriever Run a 6 out of 10.
My advice? Look elsewhere…
