My thoughts – The Spring Hill subdivision is attractive and very peaceful.
It is a wonderful place to raise kids especially because of the excellent Western Albemarle public school system.
I also think it is one of the safest neighborhoods in Charlottesville.
However, this Ivy real estate does not come cheap!
So, if you can afford a million $ home then be sure to look at Spring Hill Farm.
