Location: South of Charlottesville across I-64. It adjoins the Mill Creek neighborhood and is located two miles from the City of Charlottesville on Avon Street Extended. 3 mins to 5th Street Station (Wegmann’s). 7 mins from UVA Hospital. The Downtown Mall area is 2 miles away.
Directions: Route 20 South to a right on Mill Creek Drive. Left at the light and right onto Lake Reynovia Drive. Or, Avon St. Extended to a right onto Reynovia Drive.
My thoughts – I like it here. It’s in a great area if you want to live south of Charlottesville and when 5th Street Station opened it certainly made food shopping and dining out much easier.
The homes are affordable and there are PLENTY of amenities. And one of the safe neighborhoods in Charlottesville.
Both public and private schools are nearby so there’s not much more than you can ask for.
