My thoughts – Waverly is very peaceful and quiet. I like the fact that all the roads are paved and it’s in the Western Albemarle School District. While most of the 275 acres is wooded there is Mechums Creek which is really fun to swim in during the summer.

If you’re looking for some of best homes for sale Ivy Charlottesville VA with large lots then add Waverly to your list.

One problem for you may be the lack of amenities (pool/tennis/soccer field).

So if you have kiddies be prepared to be shuttling around all weekend.

I give Waverly an 8 out of 10.

This is a Charlottesville safe neighborhood.
