My thoughts about Pleasant Green Crozet VA…find another place to live and don’t buy new in an area that no other builder would develop. It’s like buying a car. The minute you move in the value goes down plus the developers have yanked a few years of appreciation out when they sell it to you. Plus I can’t see these homes appreciating in value too fast! Head over to Google Earth and check out the train tracks…
The train is literally above you and the layout is not attractive. This is just a money-maker for Stanley Martin Homes Pleasant Green. If our market crashes, you’ll never get your investment back.
