When this subdivision was filed back in 2006, Charles Hurt of Virginia Land was the developer and Southern Development was the builder. I am not sure what happened but I think the real estate crash of 2008 changed things and Southern Development moved on. And it became every man, woman, and beast for themselves!
Location: 7 miles from Charlottesville Airport, NGIC, Harris Teeter, Target, Kohl’s, Starbucks, and other restaurants.
