My thoughts – What I like about Dunlora Charlottesville homes for sale is the peaceful and family-friendly lifestyle.
Perfectly located for those working downtown without the City of Charlottesville taxes.
What I do not like about Dunlora is the huge development going up across the street called Dunlora Village.
So expect delays and non-stop construction noise for the next 5 years.
I give Dunlora an 8 out of 10. Why not a 10? All the building going on around it has ruined the lovely peacefulness.
