All have sold with a 6-day median timeline on the CAARMLS.

So if you want to move to Charlottesville and live in Farmington you must move swiftly.

610 Ivy Lane is missing since it was a direct sale and not listed in the Charlottesville MLS (It seems goofy to me not to show it!).

We also did not include the sale of Gallison Hall (375 Farmington Dr) since it sits on 43 acres and most Farmington homes for sale in Charlottesville VA.

Gallison Hall circa 1931 was sold in 2022 for $7,900,000 which was the highest price.

Living in Farmington is a luxury and offers everything a small, cosmopolitan, University, city can offer.

4 homes were built in the 1920s. 12 in the 30s. 9 in the 40s. 31 in the 50s. 26 in the 60s. 25 in the 70s. 7 in the 80s. 4 in the 1990s. And finally 5 in the 2000s.
