My thoughts – If you’re going to live in the city limits and you want to be near everything then Meadowbrook Heights is a good place to begin your search.

However, if you are looking for a new home then this neighborhood is not for you.

The average home was built between 1940 and 1960! Those were great building years when homes were solidly built one by one.

Plus, Greenbrier Elementary School appears to be most parents’ favorite elementary school in Charlottesville.

I also like that the new Brooks Family YMCA is nearby as is the ‘killa’ McIntire Skate Park.

I give Meadowbrook heights a 7 out of 10.
