Mosby Mountain Sold Homes

While I think BEX Realty sucks they do have a good way of showing homes SOLD in Mosby Mountain Charlottesville. “BEX Realty is a nationwide, technology-driven real estate firm with corporate headquarters based in South Florida. Generating 40k+ leads and 2+ million unique visitors per month…”

Albemarle County Public Schools that service the neighborhood are Mountainview Elementary, Walton Middle, and Monticello High.

Directions: From 5th Street Extended at I-64 continue away from town going south to Mosby Mountain.

My thoughts: I give the Mosby Mountain neighborhood a 7 out of 10.

The homes are attractive and well-built, however, I do not like the 5th Street Extension or this part of Albemarle County which seems depressing.

Three good things about the area are Wegmans, Albemarle County Police Dept, and the Covenant School are nearby.

There is no comparison to Old Trail in Crozet for views and a great, open feeling.
