Location: In Red Hill, 15 mins southwest of Charlottesville and UVA off of Rt 29.

Directions: 64 West to exit 114  for Ivy. Left onto Dick Woods Road. Go 1.8 miles. Left onto Taylor’s Gap Road. Go 1.9 miles. Left into Blandemar.

My thoughts – This neighborhood is fabulous. It’s not too far from Charlottesville and it’s private and spectacular. It’s also one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Charlottesville. 

While there are no amenities such as a neighborhood pool or tennis courts, I give Blandemar a 9 out of 10.
