As of 2021, HOA fees were $250 a month and a $100 association setup/transfer fee.

The HOA is managed by Real Property.

Directions – From the Rt 250 Bypass, take Park Street towards the historic Court Square. Right on High St., Left on 4th St. NE. Right on East Jefferson. Queen Charlotte is between 3rd St. NE and 2nd St. NE.
