My thoughts: I like the location of the Wind River neighborhood as it’s located just off Garth Rd which is attractive and scenic. The small neighborhood is mostly wooded and offers no views. There are no amenities (pool, clubhouse, tennis etc), therefore I give the Wind River neighborhood a 7 out of 10.
