My Thoughts: This neighborhood is fabulous. It’s not too far from Charlottesville. It’s private and the flora and fauna are spectacular. It’s also one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Charlottesville. While there are no amenities such as a pool or tennis courts, I give Blandemar a 9 out of 10 for its beauty and serenity.
