My thoughts – Superb location in Ivy VA in a pastoral setting with excellent nearby public scools. Homes in Far Hills were built between 1999-2014 so they are not new and I am not enthusiastic about a few of the builders who built spec homes here. No amenities other than walking trails. I give the Far Hills Charlottesville neighborhood an 8 out of 10.
