My Thoughts: I give Farmington VA real estate a 10! Living on Farmington Country Club is a luxury and the grounds are marvelous. This is Charlottesville VA luxury real estate at its finest. The city of Charlottesville is nearby and offers everything a small, cosmopolitan, University city can offer.

Note – You do not have to join Farmington Country Club to live in Farmington; however, most homeowners do.

Note – I did not include the sale of Gallison Hall (375 Farmington Dr) since it sits on 43 acres. Gallison Hall circa 1931 was sold in 2022 for $7,900,000 which was the highest price.
