My thoughts: Fontana was the first neighborhood built for single-family homes in the Pantops area. But today the entire area has been built up with Darden Crossing and Cascadia being the newest neighborhoods. I’m not a big fan since the amenities are limited, the homees are built on top of each other on a small mountain, and the area is not amenable by walking or bikes. I give Fontana a 7 out of 10.
