These 3 luxury homes are at 103 Tally Ho Drive, 106 Reynard Drive, and 103 Cavalier drive.

Colthurst Farm offers wonderful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and nearby hunt country rolling lands. At one time, this was prime fox-hunting land for the Farmington Hunt.

But progress in the 50s saw the need for more elegant homes.

Colthurst Farm sits on 131 acres and abuts the back of the fabulous Farmington neighborhood.

Lot Sizes: 1-3.5 acres.

Recently Sold Cotlthurst Farm Homes: 3. Since sales are so limited, I went back to Jan 2022 (we are in 2024 today).

Median Sales Price: $1,800,000

Colthurst Farm HOA fees are a whopping $35 a year. No Association Setup or Transfer Fees.

Year Built: Colthurst Farm began to develop four homes in the 1950s. 103 Tally Ho Drive is the original home.

Eventually, 26 homes would be built in Colthurst Charlottesville.

Directions: Colthurst Farm is located off Barracks Road and near the Foxfield Race Course. 3 mins to UVA and 12 mins to Downtown Charlottesville.

My thoughts: On a scale of 1-10, Colthurst Farm Charlottesville Real Estate is an 9. Why not a 10? There is no community pool or tennis/pickleball courts.
