My thoughts – I’ve been in love with this place since I first saw it in 1998. It is very well run and everyone seems to love it here. The food is great and the people are friendly. I give University Villages Charlottesville condos a 10 out of 10 as it offers the ultimate in Charlottesville senior living.

Note – There is a pending lawsuit against the board of resident directors who want to add a third wing of 40-50 more condos. Click here to read the article.
