My thoughts – The Rocks in Ivy is home to numerous fabulous homes and the views are spectacular. I give The Rocks an 7 out of 10. Why not a 10? It borders I-64 and on that stretch of I-64 is on a small mountain, so trucks coming on going are loud. There are also no amenities. In my opinion, a better choice is Ragged Mountain Farms or Rosemont.
