My thoughts – The Rocks in Ivy is home to numerous fabulous homes, and the views are spectacular. I give The Rocks a 7 out of 10. Why not a 10? It borders I-64, and on that stretch of I-64 is a small mountain, so trucks coming and going are loud. There are also no amenities. In my opinion, a better choice is Ragged Mountain Farms or Rosemont.
