Directions: From Downtown Charlottesville, head to Water Street to 2nd Street to a right on Garrett Street.
My thoughts: The Gleason is fabulous and conveniently located especially to the ACAC gym. The views are spectacular on upper units. As there are no amenities, I give the Gleason an 8 out of 10.
