Homes for sale near UVA are extremely popular (as you can imagine) with families of college-age children (like me), savvy investors, professors and doctors. I also find Darden Business School students buying condos especially Hessian Hills condos for sale since it’s closeby. They hold them for two years then flip them after living rent free.
