My thoughts: Walnut Hill in Earlysville is one of the most attractive neighborhoods in Charlottesville. It’s also one of three Charlottesville gated communities (Keswick Estate and Glenmore, being the other two). I give the Walnut Hill Charlottesville homes for sale a 9 out of 10. Why not a 10? Because it’s located close to Charlottesville Airport and the shuttered Avionics Specialties Co, considered a possible hazardous waste site.
