My thoughts: The Ivy Material Utilization Center (MUC) is across the street. This is the COUNTY dump and the only location in the county where you can dispose of almost anything. Therefore, I would never buy a home near this place 1) for my well water 2) the endless noise and 3) the heavy truck traffic on the road every day except Sunday. If you are going to pay a million dollars for a home in Ivy then look in Blandemar Farm Estates, Ragged Mountain Farm, Rosemont Farm, South Fork Farms, Spring Hill Farm, Turner Mountain, or West Leigh. I give Retreiver Run a 4 out of 10. Don’t do it!
