My thoughts – I like Rosemont’s location and that it is in the Western Albemarle School District. Rosemont is quieter than The Rocks since it is farther away from I-64 (which is a major interstate highway). However, the homes are not as spiffy or grand as The Rocks. I also have noticed that a few spec builders were using cheap materials and the dreaded-plastic, fake shutters. I give Rosemont a 7 out of 10.
