My thoughts: I like Rosemont Farm’s location. It’s prime Ivy VA real estate. I also like that it’s in the Western Albemarle School District for your children. The noise from I-64 (which is a major interstate highway) in Rosemont Farm  is 100% better than The Rocks since it’s farther away on Dick Woods Road. However, the homes are not as spiffy or grand as The Rocks. I also noticed that a few spec builders were using cheap materials with the dreaded plastic, fake shutters. I give Rosemont Charlottesville VA homes a 7 out of 10.
