My thoughts are that it is a superb location in Ivy, VA, in a pastoral setting with excellent nearby public schools. Homes in Far Hills were built between 1999-2014, so they are not new, and I am not enthusiastic about a few of the builders who built spec homes here. No amenities other than walking trails.
