My thoughts: I like Frays Grant and give the Frays Grant neighborhood an 8. Be aware, that it’s not fun to drive back and forth at night. Located near the booming metropolis of Earlysville. Near the CHO Airport and Rt 29 shopping.

Note – When this subdivision was filed back in 2006, Charles Hurt of Virginia Land was the developer and Southern Development was the builder. I am not sure what happened but I think the real estate crash of 2008 changed things and Southern Development moved on.
