My thoughts: I give the Mosby Mountain neighborhood a 7 out of 10. The homes are attractive and well-built, however, I do not like the 5th Street Extension or this part of Albemarle County, which seems depressing. There is no comparison to Old Trail in Crozet for views and a great, open feeling.
