My thoughts: For those looking to live in a luxury condo near downtown then The Randolph is for you. There is an underground parking garage for some most condo owners. I love the location for those working downtown. There is a lack of green space for walking your pooch and no amenities. I give The Randolph Charlottesville an 8.
