My thoughts…Townhomes & condos in Huntington Village Charlottesville for sale are a superb deal. The location is unbeatable. The HOA fees are reasonable and it has a pool for hot, muggy summer days. I give it an 8 out of 10. Why not a 10? The buildings are old and you can bet your bippy you’ll need to put in some money for upkeep. I also don’t like the fact there are so many rentals in Huntington Village apartments Charlottesville VA.
