My thoughts: 90% of homes are exquisite but the noise from I-64 ruins the idyllic feel. Yes, you may get used to it but you’ll have a tough time reselling these pricey Charlottesville luxury homes. Most people move to Ivy for its beauty and tranquility. I give Villa Deste a 5 out of 10 for Charlottesville luxury neighborhoods to view.
