Farmington homes for sale are my all-time favorite to work with. I love the neighborhood and the Farmington Country Club is unbeatable.
While ungated, the property surrounding the Farmington Country Club boasts a magnificent park-like setting, rich in early American history, and breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountain views.
There are 123 homes in Farmington, the majority of which were built between 1950 to 1980 and sit on 1.5 to 6 acres.
Note: There are, however, many newer-built homes since older Farmington VA real estate is such a limited commodity, and tearing them down to replace them with exquisite homes is the norm.
Farmington homes for sale (including Farmington Heights which is located just outside the Farmington Club grounds) is, again, my all-around pick for those moving to Charlottesville.
