My thoughts: Cascadia is built on a hill facing the West so there are marvelous sunsets. The luxurious townhomes are surrounded by over 120 single-family homes. I’m not excited about the geography especially at the entrance off Rt 20. The developer probably got a great deal buying the land and proceeded to develop the heck out of it. Southern Development Homes who, in my opinion, are quality builders. I give it a 6 out of 10. There are other more attractive Charlottesville luxury neighborhoods with mature trees and overall beauty.
